This platform is operated for Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to give you the teachings, the Treasury and your private room. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, and a password only if you choose to set one.
• Your activity in the room — lessons watched, practice sessions, notes you write, and orders you place. This is what powers your progress and journey.
• Orders & shipping — the name, address and contact details you give us to fulfil a Treasury order.
• Usage signals — first-party, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, time on page) stored in our own database. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the courses, practices and your private room.
• To fulfil and confirm Treasury orders.
• To understand what members find valuable and improve the platform.
• To keep the platform secure (e.g. detecting abuse).

How we protect it

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to your data is restricted, and sensitive actions are logged. We apply security headers, rate limiting and regular security checks. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current measures.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform (such as email delivery and, in future, a payment processor), and only as required to provide the service or comply with the law.

Your choices

• You can access, correct or delete your account information — contact us and we will help.
• You can ask us to remove your saved shipping details at any time.
• Members in the EU/EEA and other regions with data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR, UAE PDPL) have rights to access, rectify, erase and port their data.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
